Terms of Service

1. Service description

Autosify Beauty is a web-based SaaS platform allowing salons to manage appointments, patient records, doctor performance, and WhatsApp-based reminder workflows in one panel.

The pilot period is free of charge. Once the corporate entity is established, paid plans will take effect; existing users will receive at least 30 days notice.

2. Account and security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account, including keeping your password confidential and monitoring all activity.

If you notice unauthorised use, notify us immediately at clinic@autosify.io.

3. Acceptable use

The Platform may not be used for:

• Unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity
• Entering health data of individuals without explicit consent
• Spam, harassment, or unsolicited messaging
• Attacks on the Platform infrastructure, reverse engineering, or unauthorised access attempts
• Attempts to access other users’ data

Violations may result in suspension or termination, and we may pursue legal remedies.

4. Responsibilities of the SALON

The SALON is the "data controller" under KVKK for patient data entered into the Platform. As such, the SALON is responsible for:

• Obtaining and recording explicit consent from patients
• Responding to data-subject requests (deletion, export, etc.)
• Managing authorisation of its own personnel
• Complying with all other obligations under health legislation

Autosify Beauty acts only as a "data processor" providing technical infrastructure and is not responsible for the SALON’s legal obligations.

5. WhatsApp integration

The SALON connects its own Meta Cloud API account ("BYOA"). WhatsApp message charges and compliance with Meta policies are between the SALON and Meta directly.

Autosify Beauty stores connection credentials AES-256-GCM-encrypted and only sends/receives messages on the SALON’s behalf.

6. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is". Technical issues may occur during the pilot. We recommend keeping a backup plan for business-critical workflows.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss is disclaimed; intentional or grossly negligent harm is reserved.

7. Changes and termination

You may terminate the service at any time from account settings. All your data will be provided in SQL format.

We also reserve the right to discontinue the service with at least 60 days notice and a reasonable data-export window.

8. Disputes

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Disputes are subject to Istanbul Anatolian courts and enforcement offices.

Where consumer relations apply, the consumer’s domicile courts may also have jurisdiction.
